General Overview

Payment methods accepted: Since we are dealing with international transfers and a small number of clients, we can personalise payment methods.
Cancellation policies and refund information: Down payments provided go directly to booking people and resources in the destination country and can not be refunded. Final payment amounts (50% of total payment) will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the start of the event.

International flights to and from the destination.
Personal expenses and souvenirs.
Travel insurance (highly recommended).
Some optional excursions.
Accommodations, meals, etc. before or after the designated trip schedule.
Expedition specific clothing and safety equipment (a list will be provided to you)

General Packing – Here's a detailed checklist of essentials to bring on every trip, including versatile clothing, personal care items, and must-have travel accessories.
Required Documents – Ensure you have all necessary paperwork, such as a valid passport, visas (if applicable), medical forms, and any required travel authorizations. We’ll provide guidance on what’s needed for your destination.
Recommended Clothing – Pack appropriately for the climate, with recommendations based on expected weather conditions. Whether it’s lightweight, breathable fabrics for warm destinations or sturdy gear for outdoor adventures, we’ll help you prepare.
Tech Gear & Essentials – Don’t forget chargers, power adapters, and any devices you may need, such as cameras or GPS tools. We’ll also provide tips on protecting electronics in different environments.
